Not satisfied with your order?
We’d love to hear your feedback and learn how we can improve!
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused — or send us a photo if the product arrived damaged or defective.
Once we review the photo, we’ll do our best to resolve your issue — in most cases, without the need for a full return.
Refunds are processed within five business days after we receive your return or once our customer service team confirms the issue from your photo.
Important: For hygiene reasons, cosmetic items and products purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size or color, or to request a refund.
Contact us first at 📧 info@skandiamoda.com to receive the correct return address.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, we need to determine which warehouse your order was shipped from before we can accept your return.
Please include:
- The packing slip or a note with your order number.
- The product, securely packed in its original packaging.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Once you’ve shipped your package, please email us at info@skandiamoda.com to confirm whether you’d like a refund or an exchange (different size or color).
Shipping Your Return
Take your package to your nearest postal or shipping center (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and return it using the provided address.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@skandiamoda.com.
If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we can issue a full refund right away.
If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the item once it arrives.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.
The delivery time for exchanged products will depend on your location.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
